This Roberts 18 in. Vinyl Tile Cutter is a professional grade cutter designed to exacting standards and incorporates many of the features needed to meet commercial and residential demands. The cutter can rip cut tiles up to 18 inches and diagonally cut tiles up to 12 inches. The base is made of lightweight, heavy duty aluminum with a slotted handle for easy carrying and an easy to read measuring guide. The cutter is equipped with a hardened, adjustable steel blade for making clean and precise cuts. Additional design features include built-in base casters for increased maneuverability, rubber feet to hold steady while cutting, a sturdy flip-proof handle and a moveable cutting guide to make consistent, repetitive cuts easier.

You'll wish you had this tool before
Anyone with a vinyl floor to install will appreciate the ease and versatility of this product. It is well made, has a metal table. It cuts clean and accurately. It has a feature that measures and cuts wall and end pieces. This was a very good inverstment for me as it cut down on install time and waste.

I install. pallates of vct tile a year it makes it a breeze to cut the tile it makes factory edges which makes installing vct with no waste which makes more money
