Great product, easy installation, worth the price
Although the cost is a higher than other similar products, the ease of installation and quality of the product is worth it. Taking are of the 14 stairs and three landings took me and other person about 10 hours total, and that is probably because our construction experience was very limited.
The one big concern is that on about half of the 17 stair nose pieces I bought, there was damage on one or both ends of the nose. Since my stairs are much smaller than the 47" length they came in it was easy to just trim off the damaged parts and use the piece with no problem. For those of you lucky enough to have much bigger stairs, you may want to order extras or inspect them all when you pick them up from the store.
Overall, they are a good product that is easy to install for anyone looking to improve their stairs.

Looks great installed, does require cutting in length and width, which requires a table saw and 1...Looks great installed, does require cutting in length and width, which requires a table saw and 12" sliding compound saw. The average home owner probably doesn't have both these tools. I bought the 12" sliding compound saw for $200 and had a table saw. I still saved $1200 by doing the install myself even with the purchase of the new saw. I can always use more tools.

We’re really happy with how these turned out. We...We’re really happy with how these turned out. We used a different laminate on the landing and these look really great with it. Amazing the difference they make from the old tile, and the carpet before that.

Cap a tread defectWhile installing a complete cap a tread system, 14treads. While opening the boxes I came across a defect bubble on the surface of the tread. Home Depot was great in the return process. They are easy to install but you must be experienced on using the miter saw for exact cuts
