Penetrating water based sealer for polished materials, honed, natural and textured finished stones. Fila MP90 Eco Plus is the best ecofriendly protection against staining for porcelain tile, natural stone, marble and granite with polished, patinated, brushed and matte honed finishes. Reduces absorption without affecting the material's natural look. Impregnates, protects and makes cleaning easier. It is also ideal for grout joints, crackle effect tiles, terrazzo, marble resin and stone slabs.

Love that it's water based!
We had new granite counter tops installed throughout the house. I bought a solvent based sealer, much cheaper than the MP90 Eco, and tried it on a small section of countertop. My wife could't stand the smell. Went back to HD and got this product. What a difference! Easy to use, and no smell. Does a great job, too

Great for outdoor project
For a patio project, this worked great. Needed something that was able to dry quickly (pets) and nice to have it eco friendly too! Would totally recommend this for anyone putting in something new like me.
