I have laid tile and did carpentry work before but...
I have laid tile and did carpentry work before but never poured concrete my self. This produce took out the problem with trying to mix the concrete thick enough to slope while having enough time to slope it. Love the way you can cut it to fit into shorter places.

I would encourage anyone to consider this product when starting a DIY project for a walk-in shower. Makes for an easier installation with a professional look. Have also used the quick-pitch and it is turning out to be the same. A professional look for an DIY project by an amateur.

The pre pitch kit is designed for only 0.25" depth...The pre pitch kit is designed for only 0.25" depth at the drain flange. The flange was already set in concrete to 0.50" depth so he ends were cut off moved inward. The installation already needed the extension kit. The double stick tape worked well and the slope after mortar was perfect.

This product would work nice in a small shower stall...This product would work nice in a small shower stall but on a 5 x 7 no. The extensions from this company were not compatible. This will not work if you are using the kerdi drain system.
