You will not be disappointed! It is worth every penny. Also we appreciate how well it was packed to ensure undamaged in shipping process.
Our only complaint, and the reason for only giving a 3.5 star rating rather than 5 is that when we placed our order, we did so based upon the manufactures specifics and Home Depots description, and they are not accurate. Even the Home Depot sales associates was misguided by the description and specs and thus his calculations for the amount needed was way off. If you will take a look at all the customers responses in the Q&A, and measure the tiles, as well as the 5 tile units, you will see that the equation given, by the manufacture and Home Depot, for calculations is incorrect and thereby misleading. This is the reason for customers frustrations with the product since 2015.
In our case it was a bit of setback having to place a 2nd order and wait another 2 weeks. Thankfully we have been able to coordinate other projects in order to keep on track with our remodel. BUT UNFORTUNATELY because we are on a strict budget, where every dollar has been carefully planned and accounted for, it is extremely disappointing to discover that we were going to have to pay 4 times more for our back splash. If we had known up front we would have still made the purchase BUT we could have adjusted our budget in another area in order to accommodate. At this point in time we are unable to make the adjustment and are forced to have to accept it.
We have appreciated doing business with Home Depot and have done 90% of remodel purchases through you. Mishaps are bound to happen and we have had our share of glitches here and there, but we have been very grateful that Home Depot has worked with us to help us to accomplish our goal. In this matter we went ahead and placed our 2nd order online but will be going in to our local HD store to talk with them about our experience.
Again, the tiles are exceptional! Stunning really! The packing and delivery was up to highest standard, so for this you would get 10 gold stars. Sorry to have to give only three for the overall rating due to the confusion caused by poorly communicated, misinformation really given, though most likely not intentional.
For customers who would like order this tile here is the rule of thumb for calculation how much you will need.
1. The price you are paying is for one unit.
2. Each unit contains 5 tiles.
3. Each unit covers a little more than 1 sq. ft.
So if you need to cover 20 sq ft. then you need to order 20 units plus another 10% for mishaps for a total of 21 units.
I believe that the tile is well worth $XX.XX per sq ft. In our case we just needed to be able to plan for it.

I love the tiles and will be ordering for my...I love the tiles and will be ordering for my new kitchen. I especially love the vintage blue color tile. Unfortunately one tile came broken in the samples that I ordered. Will use this for a cut tile on the backsplash.
