Good product. Easy install
Installed this heated floor in a basement bathroom. I used a crork underlay to help keep the heat up through the tile floor. Very quick to install with the flex mat and some heavy duty staples. Customized its area by cutting the fibreglass mat and curling it to all areas needed (do not cut wire!!!) . The touch screen thermostat is a very nice unit as well for scheduling its on and off times. Even calculates energy usage
