This cutting table works flawlessly and can cut cleanly enough to place cut edge against factory edges !
Well built and moves along the floor with you as you move. I highly recommend it to others.

Poor quality
Absolutely NOT pro grade. I am a professional floor installer. Mine only lasted about 6 years using it maybe twice a month on average. This tool should last longer than that for someone who uses it every day! Buy a Crain or Gundlach or someone else who is still building quality. Sad to say Roberts has become the generic junk brand.

Performs well
This tile cutter performs well. The rollers are great, prevents small scratches from occurring on the floor while installing. It is a well built, solid unit. I would like the case to accommodate the adjusting screws.
