A no-brainer purchase!
I've wanted a nail gun / brad nailer for over 20 years. I thought they were expensive and I also thought you could only use one length of nail/brad per gun.
Well, I got a HD gift card and just for giggles thought I'd browse the HD website. I'm so glad I did!
I poured over all the reviews and watched a couple of YT videos and learned so much about this brad nailer.
First, it will drive a variety of lengths up to 2" of 18 gauge brads. So, one nailer...multiple brad lengths, which equates to multiple uses on many many projects.
Second, this model also shoots staples. Win Win!
Third, It's only $30, yet heavy and appears well built.
I run this nail gun off a tiny $60 WM 3 gallon air compressor, which works just great with it. After filling the tank, I can drive probably 20-30 nails to full depth without needing to plug in my compressor. This means I can be portable for small projects. I like portability.
Go grab one. I've left you with no reasons not to. You'll thank me!

perfectI bought this nailer to use for my kitchen renovation. I've used it to install door framing, baseboards, window framing and also using it on the new cabinets I am building myself. So far, never a jam or misfire. It's light and small enough that there is no fatigue from using it--a big deal for me as I'm a woman with small hands and not much wrist or shoulder strength. I haven't used the stapler function yet but I look forward to using it to build a new upholstered headboard and many more projects as well. This is an excellent value, versatile and practical, well worth waiting the few days for delivery. If they stocked this one in-store they wouldn't sell nearly so many of the more expensive nailers or staplers.

I tried using this nailer, but it damaged the baseboards I was nailing. It had a tendency to doub...I tried using this nailer, but it damaged the baseboards I was nailing. It had a tendency to double fire about 2 out of every 3 trigger pulls (the first fire would drive a nail and the second fore would hit the baseboard with the head). I tried all kinds of triggering and pressure techniques to avoid the double fires, but I was unsuccessful in getting it to work consistently. I returned this nailer and got a more expensive one; the new one worked perfectly without needing to do anything special to avoid double firing. I'd recommend going with a better nailer if you're at all concerned about the finished look of the item you're nailing.

great little gunHave owned my unit for 3 years now and only had it jam twice. Versatile being able to switch from brads to staples. Easily operates on my small 15 year old Sears compressor with no problems Just a couple of drops of oil maybe twice a day and it's good to go. Only problem was that the small rubber tip would not stay on so I used a little silicon caulk to hold it in place. Bought a small plastic tool box to store it in and keep all my brads and staples. Love this little guy.

Great BuyAfter trying several brands of brad nailer I bought this based on strong reviews / ratings. This has been a great buy. So far, after jobs outside (fence boards, finishing strips) and inside (baseboards, door and window trim) there was only one very minor jam that was cleared quickly. I am a real fan of this product having tried others that did not last and weren't up to the jobs. Haven't used the stapler yet but will be soon on my next project. Would not hesitate to recommend.
