I have used these on multiple occasions (same brand but different sizes) and would not recommend ...I have used these on multiple occasions (same brand but different sizes) and would not recommend them with large wall tiles or tile with an less than perfect edge. I used this doing our kitchen back splash with small porcelain brick tile and they worked well. When using them in our shower with a large format (12x24) tile some would compress under the weight of the large tile. This created a lot of extra work on my part to make sure each tile was supported enough to keep the grout lines straight and even. Also, because the only support a small area, when using with a tile that has a 'natural' style edge that isn't prefect, if you put one in the wrong spot it can cause your tile to sit uneven.

These spacers are very easy to use and work well...These spacers are very easy to use and work well when setting tile. I have used sizes from 1/16" up to 3/8" and all of them work well. These spacers are inexpensive, so make sure you buy plenty and use them in every joint for a uniform professional looking job.
