OK, Except for color variabilityThe flooring was fairly easy to install and,so far, seems to be stable. The big problem, that caused the low rating was the color matching of the various pieces. The matching was so bad that a few of the pieces in all six of the cases I ordered looked like they came from another type of stain. For the most part I was able to work around this. Putting the unacceptable (way too light) colors where they wouldn't show. For a company that advertises they have high quality color matching they did a very poor job in my opinion. I have worked with hardwoods for many years and am accustomed to color variation, their variability was way beyond normal.

The quality of the product was generally very good, though there were a few planks where the bottom veneer was partially missing, or the edge was chipped. The planks snapped together fairly well as long as I was careful to get the first few courses perfectly straight (I used a wall with spacers and a straightedge to get everything aligned). I used Roberts Black Jack (Internet #202549346) as my underlayment. A floor installation kit (such as Internet #202832701) with spacers, tapping block, and pull bar is a must. Get extra spacers because you will need them.
My advice to anyone using this product is to open several boxes at a time (I opened 3) and sort through the planks, looking for flaws at the same time. The main reason for this is some boxes only had full-length planks, and others had quite a few shorter (18" or less) planks. By opening several at a time, I could mix and match plank sizes and adjust for color variances to minimize waste. In the end, I had very little waste, but your mileage may vary.
Overall the floors turned out very nice. The orange-red tint and color variation adds interest. I notice a bit of creaking/cracking as I walk on the floor, but this has been improving over time.

Gloss was also less than expected. Ok for a spare room, I guess, but this was going in a main living area.
