I installed this flooring throughout the second floor of my old house and we liked it so much, we bought it again a couple of years later for our new house. The price for the quality can't be beat. I'm installing it with a non-insulated pad over hydronic radiant heat, so this will work better than hardwood in terms of heat transfer, and I don't risk shooting a nail through a tube.

Pleased with purchaseReplaced worn carpet in our office with this laminate flooring. It looks fabulous. Having never installed plank flooring by myself before I found this to be easy to install after doing some online research about floor installation. It took this novice about two long afternoons to install about 10' x 10' of flooring. Beware though - the flooring is darker in person than it is online. I was looking to install something comparable to the High Gloss Paso Robles Pecan Laminate flooring which we already have in our living room but could no longer buy in the 5" plank. Product also needs underlayment. There are no matching t-moldings or quarter round, but the High Gloss Paso Robles Pecan Laminate versions of these match fine in my opinion.

Stunning! This floor is absolutely STUNNING. Far exceeded our expectations. These floors were a replacement of thin, light, smooth pergo planks and we wanted something with a darker finish and a wood grain feel. These will be going throughout our entire house and I cannot wait to purchase more.
Warning - 1 whole box was damaged with each plank having damages in the corners. Fortunately, we used these for the interior of our closet so you can't even see the blemishes.

Excellent for priceI was very nervous purchasing this flooring compared to others we looked at having a higher cost, the phrase you get what you pay for kept floating around my mind. Boy was I wrong this floor is a diamond in the rough! Not only does it look amazing, it's very durable. We have a husky puppy who slides all over it with no damage or scratches. 2 days after install we even had a pipe burst in our kitchen, and these took on no water damage or warping at all.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL FLOORPURCHASED 35 CASES OF THIS PRODUCT FOR BEDROOMS... ALSO ORDERED A GOOD GRADE OF UNDERLAYMENT, HAD IT PUT DOWN IN ONE BEDROOM SO FAR, AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THERE SEEMS TO BE LITTLE WASTE FROM THIS PRODUCT SO I ONLY USED 8 CASES FOR A 12X12' BEDROOM... THAT LEAVES ME WITH 27 CASES TO DO THE OTHER TWO BEDROOMS WHICH ARE LARGER THAN THE FIRST ONE. I HAVE NO SQUEAKS WHEN YOU WALK ON THE ABOVE GRADE FLOOR. REVIEWS STATED THIS PRODUCT SCRATCHES REAL EASY...SO I TOOK A NAIL AND TRIED TO PUT DEEP SCRATCHES IN THE PRODUCT .... NO
SUCH LUCK...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!

Not the same as it used to be!We first bought this flooring in 2013 to install in our kitchen. It held up very well, and we love the look -- it has a slight gloss which blends very nicely with the adjacent hardwood floors in the next room. It was very easy to install as well. HOWEVER... We just bought a pallet of this same flooring to install in our newly finished basement. And it's NOT the same as the Cotton Valley Oak we bought in 2013! Sure, it's the same color, pattern, thickness, etc. But the slightly glossy finish that we liked so much has been replaced with the standard matte-finish look that most cheap laminates have. We're so disappointed! We still installed it, since we didn't want to deal with returning an entire pallet of flooring. But it shows every little smudge and just has a much cheaper look than the older Cotton Valley Oak in our kitchen. We're so confused as to why this product was apparently changed without warning!

Good product, good valueSatisfied with this product - the look is very nice, and the value was superb. Can be tricky to install - the tongue and groove method is good, but the tongue ridge can break off fairly easily. There is a little ridge on the top of the tongue that the groove end snaps into to lock the pieces together. If this breaks off, you need to use wood glue to keep them together.
Pieces can be stubborn as the floor shifts as you install it. Be very careful when using a metal flooring pull bar when you are too close to the wall for the tapping block - the metal pull bar can damage the flooring by nicking or deeply scratching the flooring under where you tap. I put a piece of under layment under the pull bar and had success after damaging a few pieces. I rated the quality a 3 because of the tongue issue - if pieces aren't fitting easily, swap out the trouble piece and move on. Trying to marry the tongue in groove pieces when they are having an issue will guarantee the tongue ridge breaking off. I am installing 1200 sq ft. plus. This product is really good for bedrooms. Don't forget the felt pads to put under the furniture!
