The photo on the website shows black but we looked at this in the store and ordered the carpet. It’s a subtle gray with flecks of white and is very soft to the touch. We love the carpet.

Pet proof, what a joke! My dog got sick on the carpet and I used the spot remover the profession...
Pet proof, what a joke! My dog got sick on the carpet and I used the spot remover the professional carpet cleaner told me to use. Used it twice and the stain is still there. I was told that I had to pay a professional carpet cleaner to clean the stain and if that didn't work then I could file a claim. On top of the $4.39 per square foot I already paid for the carpet. When I purchased the carpet I was never given a copy of the warranty or how to clean the carpet. I have now been told that I have to get it professional cleaned every 6 months to keep the warranty valid. There is no mention by what service to use. If you put water on this carpet it doesn't sit on top it soaks in.

I thought I liked it so I was going to...
I thought I liked it so I was going to order more samples of it so I could get a better idea but it did not show under samples anymore. An 8"X8" is just to small for me to decide to do my whole house in.

The color on the computer wasn't even close to the...
The color on the computer wasn't even close to the color sample that arrived. On the screen it appears to be a solid gray-ish. What arrived was beige and black speckles.
