This is an UPDATED review on this carpet. We had it installed last November. We weren't totally happy with the install because we could see the seams, but assumed it was due to the design.
NOW, I hate this carpet. Threads are constantly showing up "pulled". I can't figure out what or why this is happening. We don't have cats, so there is no digging or scratching on the carpet. We have a nine year old lab, who had two knee surgeries last year, and is very arthritic. She is no longer playful or rambunctious.
The old carpet was 28 years old and it NEVER had pulled threads. It was worn out and had a couple doggie vomit stains on it, but it was by far a BETTER carpet. Wish I had it back. This carpet was a waste of $5,000.
