Simple instalation, and it looks very nice.We bought a new house and I planned to put this flooring down in the garage before we moved in. It didn't work out that way and I didn't get the flooring laid until 6 months after I bought it. It went down simply enough. My garage is 19' wide and 21' long so I used two 10'x25' rolls with the dark grey joining trim and front edge trim (trim purchased separately). I did it all by myself, and it was some work moving the heavy rolls around, but I managed. I had to trim a foot off the side and 4 feet off the end to get a finished look. I really like the way the dark grey trim adds a finished look to the product. The final result looks very nice. There are still a few "roll marks" in the middle of the floor, but the instructions say those will flatten out in time (and I'm sure they will). The trim, on the front (and to a lesser extent in the center) still has some bunching where it's not laying quite flat. I haven't used any adhesive yet to see if I that will help. I'll give it some time to see if it settles in.

I actually thought I was ordering tiles that equaled that square footage. It was in a roll and ...I actually thought I was ordering tiles that equaled that square footage. It was in a roll and was difficult to cut and doesn't really lay that flat. The description doesn't match the picture and is very deceiving. I would have returned it but it weighed about 40 pounds each roll. It is down on the floor now about a week and am not sure how long it will last.

"Exceeded Expectations!"Not commercial quality BUT EXCELLENT alternative to garage floor prepping and 3 part commercial grade epoxy treatment. Two car garage laid out, cut and installed in less than 1/2 hour! Looks terrific. most who see it think the garage looks impeccable and come out stating high complements! Not cheap but a lot less expensive than a commercial epoxy job, not too mention your floor is ready to drive on immediately vs. 2 weeks to 30 days after an epoxy job. My 22'X24' garage for a 3 part epoxy job was quoted as $4,500.00! I got away with this system along with front edging for $1,064.00! AND I received it in 4 days from HD supplier!!! Currently 2 neighbors and my carpenter have ordered this product. Well worth considering, an excellent value! Be sure to purchase seam tape and front edging A MUST!

Well made and durable, but there is one problem...Overall I'm happy with this product, but I do have an issue with the manufacturers apparent lack of quality control when it comes to molding the pattern. The "coin" pattern along the edges varies from roll to roll and there is no way to match them up over the length of the flooring (in my case 17'). On my install the pattern matches at the top, goes out of sync as much as a 1/2" before coming back towards matching again near the end. I've decided to live with it as is, but I can see how others may find this to be aesthetically unacceptable.

Attractive product with two serious flaws. 1. As others have commented the flooring easily stain...Attractive product with two serious flaws.
1. As others have commented the flooring easily stains from tires and other use and I have been unsuccessful at removing the stains. If you read the literature carefully it discloses this unfortunate performance.
2. The material has a large coefficient of expansion that causes it to bubble up in the sun and then shrink at night. No amount of high grade double backed tape seems to cure this problem. If you are going to use this product in an environment with significant temperature changes this is a big problem.
