Shipping was quick, and there were very few broken pieces. We used a wet tile saw to cut them, then applied directly to the sheet rock with thin set. We then used bone color sanded grout with 3/8” spacers. I would recommend ordering 10% or 15% more than your measurements say you need. We ordered 10% more and used every last piece with almost no waste. It was super easy and I would recommend these bricks.
