I had the French Oak Mavericks installed throughout a condo except for the baths and laundry rooms. Looks fantastic. I've had hardwood floors (solid and engineered) installed in my kitchens in the past with no issues. The french oak is tough, a 100 lbs dog frolicking in the house for 2 weeks did not cause any damage. I'm here looking to purchase more of the same to install in a rental.
