The boards we received (20 boxes) were consistently the darker tone shown in the picture and it lacked the variation (some lighter boards) that was visible in the room picture used to advertise this color. Hoping that the variation emerges after it is installed but not too pleased.

Lots of wasteMany warped boards and boards miscut, without tongue. Glad I added 20%. Seems to be a fairly soft wood. Plug from a power cord landed on it and it left a deep gouge.

Very good price considering free delivery to my house. ...Very good price considering free delivery to my house. Careful inspection and selection of each board (prior to placement and nailing) is necessary since there are imperfections in some boards. However, these can almost always be avoided by cutting off that portion of the board with the imperfection and then using the remaining good portion as an edge-board (at the beginning or end of a section).
