This is the knee kicker you want if you install carpet
for a living. over the years i have used alot of them
and i like this one the most, but a kicker can NOT do
as good a job as a power stretcher and alot of installers
use a kicker in place of a power stretcher..
I have 20 years installing carpet.

If you need one of these and you like bling this is itLet me start by saying that I am not a professional carpet installer. That being said, I have used a few different knee kickers for different projects and this one ranks at the top. As a previous reviewer commented these don't take the place of a stretcher but they are still very useful, AND you get it in gold!

Good solution for a small jobGT Knee Kicker/Carpet Installer
This product worked well to straighten out a small area of carpeting that had stretched out. I was pleased to find the job cost less than hiring a professional carpet layer. Good solution for a small job. The padding on the kicker didn't hurt my knee when I used it. The kicker grabbed the carpet extremely well. The length of the gripper teeth has seven settings. This allows you to set it very close to your trim, which helps the carpet attach to the tack strip properly. The length of the kicker tool is adjustable between 18-7/8” to 24”.

Worked PerfectlyThis product worked perfectly. I needed to re-install a small area of carpet in the basement that I had pulled up due to a small water leak. This tool was perfect for the job and saved me a few bucks compared to calling a pro out for such a small project.
The length is easily adjustable, the kick pad is soft and absorbs the blow nicely. The depth of the teeth is also very easy to adjust with the dial. Overall this is an excellent product. The quality is good and it does its job.

Very Handy For Small Carpet JobsI own an apartment community and this knee kicker has been extremely helpful. We use it to reset carpet that we've had to lift and dry from water damage in at least 8 apartments over the last 4 months. Saves money and time. It's adjustable in length which comes in handy. My maintenance guys say it's the best they've ever used. I think they like the gold bling-bling finish too, lol!

Great carpet toolThis is a great tool for pulling carpet tight around the edges. I used this tool to help my daughter lay carpet in her family room and it really made the job of getting the carpet stretched tight easier. The room looks great. It grabs and holds the carpet and then with a little kick pulls the carpet tight to the tack strips.
