Be warned. First the information says this flooring is 3/4 thick. It’s not. It’s 5/8 thick. Second, the boxes are 7 ft long, but only three pieces in the two boxes I purchased were over 4 ft long. The rest looked like scraps. In total there were 58 pieces between the two boxes, 41 were less than 2 ft long. Some were as short as 11 inches. Do the math to get an idea of the sizes. 29 pieces gives you 23.3 SF of coverage. This was for a closet. Trying to install it was like a jigsaw puzzle. In the end the floor is a patchwork of small pieces. Check out the photo showing some of the sizes. I will say the flooring looks nice. I just wasn’t expecting big boxes of what looked like scraps and having to use 3 or 4 pieces for a 5 ft run.

This might work if you have a room with intricate layout that need many cuts that needs lots of cuts and tiny pieces. If you have a large, fairly rectangular floor space, then this one is not good as it has too many tiny pieces. For the price, they should have provided more long pieces. Returning this to the store.
The texture and finish seemed really nice. Cannot speak about its durability or if the finish will darken over time as I decided not to use it due to too many small pieces.

We just installed the roasted pine flooring last week and so far I am pleased with it and my inst...We just installed the roasted pine flooring last week and so far I am pleased with it and my installer was impressed with it as well. He nailed it down and the waste was about 10% which was as advertised. I was concerned the color would not be the same as the advertised picture but it was the same color. It has the appearance of antique pine. Hopefully it will last many years.
