Broken and Short Boards
Received this product. About 40% of the boards are short, less than 20 inches. About 25% of the boards, the tongue has been broken or shaved off. We have also found many boards with the end groove hasn't been cut in, or they cut off the side and left it. Very frustrating when you are trying to lay floor, have to stop and pull up a board because it doesn't have a groove on the end. Or you search through box after box to find a piece that the tongue is still in good condition.

I just had my installed about a week ago. The contractor did not have any problems with the insta...I just had my installed about a week ago. The contractor did not have any problems with the installation. I like that it came with the finish but the actual color is lighter than picture. However, it does meet my expectations.
