Almost all tiles damaged when I opened the boxes in the store to inspect before accepting.
We ordered three boxes and had them shipped to store. Before accepting, I opened each box to check for breakage. One box had no breakage or chips, at least that would be visible once grouted. Out of the other two boxes, only two of the sheets/mosaics did not have chipped edges throughout. The pick-up process is ridiculously complicated and drawn out - it took an hour, even though they'd already been paid for and were waiting at the front. I then had to check for damage and wait for an employee to try to order replacements. The employee said if the next ones are damaged they'll have to call the company. It could end up taking weeks just to get enough tiles to equal three boxes. We're going to go ahead and order six more boxes. If today is any indicator, it will take quite a few boxes to get enough undamaged ones. Unfortunately, Home Depot is the only place we can find to order a small glossy white tile like these.
