Wonderful tile, just what we were looking for!
We LOVE this tile. We hired a professional to install it so I can't speak for the ease of install. However, I do know that he had very little wasted tile which was nice. I have attached two photos of the flooring once finished. We wanted the grout to be as minimal as possible. We used a 1/8th" space (the smallest the manufacturer recommends) and sanded Tobacco Brown grout by Polyblend. We ended up HATING the Tobacco Brown grout. It dried chalky and much lighter than expected. We ended up finding the Polyblend Grout Renew Colorant which stains and seals in one go. We bought bottles of Sable Brown online (of course Home Depot carries 18 versions of white in store but only two browns). We have a little under 1,000sqft and used two bottles of the grout renew colorant. We could not be happier with the result of using the Sable Brown grout stain. The tile now looks just like wood floors and we LOVE it. Our 80lb Pit Mix and 15lb Shih-Tzu get great traction on the tile and it's so easy to clean up after them!

Easy to install and easy to keep clean. Looks like real wood
My wife and I installed this Montagna Saddle tile in our living room and hallway. In the living room we designed a tile rug looking mosaic which took a while to make all the cuts but was well worth the effort and made a beautiful center piece for the room. Neither of us had ever installed tile but once we got the hang of it, it went pretty smooth. I purchased a Rigid tile saw to make the cuts. Our only frustration during the entire project was the grout color! Home Depot used a grout color called Sable Brown on their wall display for this tile so we went with it. The Sable Brown color has a hint of red in it so next to the brown tile the grout looked PURPLE and terrible. To correct the grout color we purchased some dark brown leather die at a craft store and stained the grout before sealing it. Now the grout matches the rest of the floor and everyone that comes over complements our "wood" floor, not knowing that it's actually tile.

Best floor EVER
We had wood laminate that was very costly and beautiful, but we had a faulty water heater which flooded the house & ruined the floors. So, to prevent this from ever happening again, we thought NO MORE WOOD FLOORS. This was a great alternative. The floors are BEAUTIFUL& you'd never know they werent wood. It is so nice to be able to sweep and mop them, low maintenance. Great for people with pets, or young children, or anyone who doesnt want to worry about maintaining wood floors but still wants the look of wood floors. The trick is to get a very dark brown (the darkest brown) grout, and thats about it. We plan now to put this flooring in the entire house, my only complaint is I just wish they were a little cheaper, then I know everyone I know would be putting these in their homes.

B-e-a-UTIFUL FLOORING
My husband and I just had our floors laid and we are so obsessed with them! We did our entire downstairs in the normal brick lay pattern! I've posted pictures on my Facebook and everyone says how beautiful our wood floors are and are blown away when I tell them that it is tile! So many people have asked for the information on the tile and my mother is flooring her salon in it now and my father is flooring his guest house with it! It is not cold like tile and laid with a 1/8" seam it looks so much like real wood. It is a Breeze to clean and when our wet dog paws run through the house you can't see the marks when the water dries like you would Think. It camouflages everything! I most definitely suggest this floor for kids, pets, and high traffic areas. You will be so satisfied!

Excellent!
This tile looks amazing in person. After a flood ruined the pergo floor in our basement we decided to go with tile, but still wanted the look of wood. Well, this tile is PERFECT. Our contractor used a dark grout and very little space between the tiles and it looks like a wide plank wood floor. I gave it an average rate for install because the contractor said it was a little harder to install than regular square tiles and some of the tiles were bowed and chipped easily. I guess time will tell. In the meantime we achieved the look we were going for. People love it and actually get down to feel it because they can't believe it isn't wood.

Loving our new floors!
We installed this throughout our first floor. I was hesitant to install tile because I know it can chip if you drop something on it, but so can wood or laminate, so we decided on tile due to its resistance to water (we have 2 dogs dragging in snow in the winter and 2 kids as well). It looks so much like real wood, is not loud when walking on it and very easy to clean. The install seemed more difficult than regular tile, just based on my observation (I didn't install - hired non-Home Depot installer). Don't forget to factor in the cost of cement board, mortar, screws used to secure cement board and grout. We installed the water /mold resistant cement board. Worth the few extra dollars.

I chose this time (after reading countless reviews) and was not disappointed. The color and quality are fantastic - there was not one broken tile in the shipment, and it works really well with the floor heat I had installed. It has a very true wood look and it is the perfect contrast the white vanity, counter top, and shower tile in my bathroom.
The best part about this tile is the price -

Great Alternative for wood flooring
Our home is prone to flooding, and we've been battling back and forth on what to put in downstairs, i love the look of wood floor but we were worried about it being damaged. carpet was out of the question so that only left us with tile. We where browsing home depot one day trying to pick out what to put down and we just happened to see their new product, It was perfect! we couldnt believe that it was tile. we bought the darker color and used the tobacco brown grout. its great because i have two little ones and it can take a beating and is easy to clean. My parents who have the same flooding problem (we live next to a creek) loved it so much that they are now having their entire downstairs done. only complaint is i wish it was cheaper but in the long run and the many more floods i know that will wash through, its definitely worth the money.
