The Mother of Pearl White Square Pearl Polished Freshwater Shell Tile - 3 in. x 6 in. x 2 mm Tile Sample is mesh mounted and will bring a sleek and contemporary clean design to any room. This tile in particular does not require grout. Due to the nature of the pearl shell, slight variations in color and size may occur from lot to lot. Pearl shell mosaics cannot be installed in an area that is submerged in water.

All of them are a whole inch shorter in length...
All of them are a whole inch shorter in length so I have to order 2 more to finish my project. Im useing them in a side table inlay. Otherwise its fantastic!

I purchased the sample. It was gorgeous. Because I could not find any information on how to seal it to keep gunk from accumulating between the pieces I chose something else for my kitchen back splash. I'm thinking it will be great in my bathroom! The four stars was solely due to my concern about dirt in the cracks.
