Very Poor Product
I wish there was a review of this product at the time I made my purchase in April 24th, 2017!
I needed underlayment for laminate flooring in my basement, which is on a concrete slab and has a newly installed hydronic in-foor heating system. Everything described by the product sales literature seemed like this was the perfect solution. With no reviews I took a leap of faith and made my purchase. What a mistake!
This product is of poor quality. It's difficult to layout flat but the BIGGEST issue is it's very fragile! This stuff tears like paper! We tried very hard but struggled to keep it in one piece to create a proper vapour barrier seal. There was so much tuck tape patches it looked terrible.
Ultimately, I had no confidence in the product to meet my needs so I tore it all out and started again with Eco Cork Foam. What a difference! More durable and sturdier than this stuff. You can easily see the quality difference. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and reach for the Eco Cork Foam.
