This works fine. It stood up to all the tiling work that I had to complete as a DIY person. I do a couple tile jobs a year and you can depend on this inexpensive trowel. I note that Home Depot keeps it on the very bottom shelf below the higher priced trowels.

It started rusting as soon as it touched the moist...
It started rusting as soon as it touched the moist substance I was using it on the rust would have contaminated my work. I returned it.
