Flush-mount Reducer transitions a hardwood floor to a lower hard surface floor. This unfinished reducer may be stained or painted to coordinate with our real wood floors. Use with these Millstead floors: 1/2 in. thick oak floors. This molding is proudly crafted in the USA from wood grown and responsibly harvested in the USA. Attach moldings to wood sub floors using countersunk nails and finish with putty. Adhere moldings to concrete sub floors using construction adhesive.

Excellent replacement piece. Nice unfinished "finish" allowed me to stain and varnish to match hardwood flooring. Used shims to adjust the height, and it was easy to adjust to door shape by using hand jigsaw - cut easily and cleanly.
