This Merola Tile Hudson Penny Round Silk White 12 in. x 12-5/8 in. x 5 mm Porcelain Mosaic Tile offers a beautifully tranquil update on the timeless penny round design. This tile features a reactive glaze that creates variable soothing light frosty blue with taupe shades on the edge. The end effect is a pleasing mixture of white with additional dimension added by the high-gloss finish. Impervious, frost-resistant and easy to clean, this tile is a perfect choice on its own or coordinated with other colors in our Hudson Penny Round series.

Great quality! Have a slightly darker edge which looks great...
Great quality! Have a slightly darker edge which looks great with the grout. Smooth raised rounds feels comfortable and soothing on your feet at the base of a shower :)

I really liked this tile and think it would look great in many applications. But, as with most ti...I really liked this tile and think it would look great in many applications. But, as with most tile it is tough to judge online...for one, the tile is white with a very slight bluish hue especially next to stark white paint or other tiles. Second the edge trim is really more like a taupe color and not a metallic look like you might see online or on other design/tile websites. If these details work for your purpose it is a pretty and reasonably priced sheet tile, but it didn't work for me in this because I needed a more pure white and was hoping for a silver/copper feel to the border.

The color has a greyish tint. Also, installation requires some expertise which I learned my tiler...The color has a greyish tint. Also, installation requires some expertise which I learned my tiler did not have. I had to purchase again and re-do with another contractor. For the price, I would choose something else. :(
