Beautiful and Lasting Old or New Fashioned
My workman installed this in the 6 x 9 ft. floor of a European-style shower in a guest suite, just over 2 years ago. I have gotten so many comments on how beautiful the bathroom is, in particular the floor! We used a solid black base where wall and floor join, and another black as the border, with plain white squares on the walls. For accent, he tipped a single row of black tile on end (diamond shape). Everything was purchased from Home Depot. A young workman taught me that using gray-to-black grout will save many cleanings and sealings and he was right. We used a dark gray and it brings out the beauty of the tiles. The white tile on floor and wall has retained its beauty and there has been no breakage except a crack caused by a tree crash (completely repaired using some of the spare tiles we had purchased for this type of problem). The PRICE on these tiles is very reasonable. Without question, this has been one of my most successful remodeling projects ever. I'm getting ready to replace the main bathroom and may use the same scheme with a different accent.

Black and White, Clean and SimpleWe recently had this newer, more updated black and white tile installed in our tiny 1930's powder room, replacing the original basketweave pattern (along w/ new vanity, also Home Depot, and reglazed tile) and it looks great. Our installer had no complaints about it's installation and was able to install over top of the older existing tiled floor. Will update later if we experience any issues with it. Pictures below.

Occasionally a black tile is slightly off kilter but other...Occasionally a black tile is slightly off kilter but other than that they were fine. Exactly what I wanted for an 1890 bathroom.

Great tile; great price!Used this on the bathroom floor with the same, but smaller, in-stock octagon for shower floor.
The two blend beautifully. Easy to install and the price was great for a custom bathroom!

The pattern is attractive, but the quality of the tile is poor. Several individual tile pieces ar...The pattern is attractive, but the quality of the tile is poor. Several individual tile pieces arrived cracked and had to be swapped out by my contractor, who also commented on the low tile quality. In addition, because the tile squares are not flush on all four sides, my contractor had to do more individual tile cutting and individual tile placement. The end result was acceptable, but I should have bought a higher grade of tile and a flush square pattern. I wish different grades of tile had been called out among the various patterns.
