Inconsistent color andfinish
The 10 boxes of gray tile I ordered had 6 boxes of a very nice semi-smoothe gray tile. The other 4 had much darker rough finished tile. Same packaging, same sku number. For the price, which is higher than a lot of other flooring, the color and finish should at least match from box to box.

Heavy-Duty
Installed 110sq ft for a home gym. We like the weight, feel and look of the tiles. Installation is straight-forward albeit finger/grip intensive. Getting a good fit requires more of a massage than a pounding. We had one defective tile where the pattern cut was wrong/partial. Have not yet tried to trade it in as the local store ran our of the lighter gray. Be careful to check the color of each bundle as there seems to be two tones of gray (dark and medium) that can be readily confused. Overall we are satisfied though I do feel these are somewhat cost prohibitive.

Garbage!
There's gotta be a tile that pieces together better than this stuff. Fringing on the cut edges makes it a difficult install.
