An existing home should have a consistent room temperature of 65°F - 75°F and relative humidity (RH) of 40% - 55%. First off I have to install the floor and will update in a week or so but I wanted to get this st...First off I have to install the floor and will update in a week or so but I wanted to get this started to be informational to others. In person it looks very close to the photos here but the small sample from the store was more gray and had quite a few more "scratches" in the surface. Out of 20 boxes so far there were a few pieces that actually matched the sample. So expect a bit of variance from piece to piece (which could be good) and don't be surprised if the sample looks different than the first few pieces when you open your first box, as I was.
One thing I found odd is that out of the 20 boxes we have maybe 10 pieces that are 1/2 size, so only 18". I don't recall seeing any mention of varying size pieces and this may be a bit of problem since there are so few. It's not like we can use them throughout the floor, probably just use them as starters and end pieces...or in the closet.

Initial quality and install were perfect. I can't speak to the long term quality at this point and obviously we won't be able to walk on it.
