First; the product arrived with a broken pallet and some damaged boxes of tile.
It is very difficult to get the pieces to fit together when there is any deviation in the straightness of the wood frame wall, which is rarely perfectly straight. The pieces come apart from the end already snapped together when the other end is pushed into place as the don't lock in securely. If you don't line up the pieces together perfectly the next row fails to come together properly and causes a chain reaction. When you place the tool on the edge to knock it into place it sometimes damages the edge making for a bad fit up which is not seamless. When I looked at the products in the store at 8mm flooring and then ordered the 8mm model number they didn't seem to match. What arrived seams much thinner.
the muffler type under-lament was expensive but an inferior construction as the plastic strip supposed to bond the two rows together for a water tight seal was often glued to itself and in order to pry it loose it ripped the plastic causing me to have to tape it. It rips way too easy. the rolls often had a bunch up at the end of the roll where the manufacture had issues wrinkling it up, causing me to work much harder laying it flat while placing the flooring on top of it.I can't find my photos of the damaged pallet and boxes but have added the underlament.
