Mohawk Fairview Northern Maple is 7 mm Thick x 7-1/2 in. Wide x 47-1/4 in. Length Laminate Flooring features a beautiful, random-embossed texture and warm finish to mimic he natural look of genuine maple flooring. It features a glueless locking system for fast and easy installation above-, below- or on grade over both concrete and hardwood subfloors. This laminate flooring may also be installed where select radiant heating is used and it has square edges and ends for a seamless transition between planks. A Mohawk greenworks product that is CARB Phase 2 Compliant and NALFA Certified. I am very happy with the quality of this flooring. The clic system makes it virtually seamless. I would highly recommend. I was skeptical about laying my own padding as this didn’t come with any attached but it wasn’t hard to do at all. This floor looks beautiful and feels great underfoot.

Easy to install and looks greatThis Mohawk flooring was very easy to install. I watched the You-Tube installation instructions and was ready to start the project. I'm a 57 year old woman, and with a little help from my sister we completed a 10x12 room in one afternoon. So for all you girls out there who are questioning if you can DIY, go for it!
The product arrived in good condition, no defective planks. It was easy to cut. The seams matched up and glided in very easy.
The floor has the look and feel of real wood. It's beautiful.

Good product, but often damaged in shippingThe laminate is made well, so that the pieces fit together precisely and the joints lay flat. It's fairly easy to install. The light color brightens up a room - it's hard to find light colored laminate nowadays. The appearance is great - looks almost exactly like real wood. I had one high spot in the floor because of a crowned floor joist, and the laminate laid over it perfectly - can hardly tell the floor isn't flat.
The downside is that the laminate is not packaged well and you will received damaged pieces, maybe even whole boxes where all the pieces are damaged. Always order an even number of boxes, because the boxes are bound together in pairs to reduce damage in transit, and order extra.

Wonderful Flooring - LOVE the color!My husband & I purchased this flooring for our laundry room. Our contractor installed it but we probably could have done it ourselves. The color is beautiful - it really lights up the room. The overall product is very well made.

Laminate Flooring PurchaseRecently purchased 7 cased of Mohawk laminate flooring. Five of the seven cases had damaged ends that could not be seen til the boxes were opened. Returned five and ordered five more. Three of the five cases were also damaged on the ends making the product impossible to install. I am returning everything for a refund since I can not get seven good cases to do the job. Disappointed because we liked the look and color, not to mention the delay in getting our floor done. The boxes do not appear to be damaged on the outside but when you remove the planks from the boxes you see the ends are crushed or pressed.

Frustrating installation, but looks greatWe purchased this product to patch an existing floor when we removed a built-in TV unit. We were very frustrated with the clicking system with these boards. It was difficult to get them to lay flat. I think if we were doing a large space rather than a small patch, it actually would have been easier. The quality is very nice though, and you can't beat the cost. It's a light, but very warm, rich maple.

Great Flooring - Bad ServiceWe bought the flooring and tried to hire Home Depot to do the install. After 2 months of run-around, we finally cancelled the installation and installed it ourselves. I'm so glad we did. We love the floor and it was super easy to install. It took us 2 weekend days to get it done (500 square feet) including ripping out old carpet and laying underlayment. It's so much easier to keep clean and my son loves to play on it.
