Garbage
It bubbled the first time my 12 pound dog peed on the floor when I was at work. I bought the 24 hour outlast pergo because it said it could handle a spill and accidents up to 24 hours. Well that simply is not true. I left for work at 7:30 AM and came back at 3:00 p.m. The Dog had had an accident and immediately I noticed the floor had bubbled up where he went. The next day the same thing happened at a different spot and it bubbled again. I am so mad right now. I just put the floor in less than a week ago. I paid someone almost $500 to help me install it and it took a four days of work and three miter saw blades to boot. This stuff dulled the blades quickly. It was a pain to put together but I made sure each piece was put in perfectly. Once we finished I thought wow this is a great looking floor. Well I should have followed my rule to never buy laminate because this stuff cannot handle anywhere near 24 hours. So basically it is garbage.

Great Laminate, Easy To Install, GORGEOUS
Overall we're very happy with the way the floors turned out. I will add some tips below:
1. Use the proper tools (tapping block, fine tooth saws, moisture barrier) without them you'll damage the planks and end up paying more in the end.
2. Don't be cheap. Make the cut you need and move on. I made the mistake of trying to optimize material usage and wasted hours.
3. Get appropriate thickness baseboards. Pergo recommends a 3/8 boarder, which varies depending on how straight your walls are - finish the floors, find your max gap, and but baseboards accordingly.
4. Have fun with it, get your spouse involved. With 2 people, one making cuts and the other laying, it goes MUCH faster.
5. Order more material than you need. The additional trip to the store isn't bad, but waiting 48 hours for acclimation can kill a weekend project.
6. When sealing the edges and baseboards, be liberal with the caulk. Using the gap filler helps a lot, but ensure your seal all sides of the laminate.
7. Have fun!

Perfect grey floor
Love how neutral this grey floor is. We have had this floor for a 11/2 years, no scratches or chips. It’s a light/medium color so it’s hard to see dirt which I love. Easy to clean. We installed ourselves it took some time to get the rythym, but it gets easier.

The look of the flooring is great. However the installation has it's set backs. The first is that the tabs that click the boards into place are weak. They break easily. I had to through out a handful of boards due to the tabs being damaged will I was installing them. Second if you need a smaller piece once you cut it you lose that a looking tab which makes the rest of the board very limited in use. This created a lot of waste on top of the problems At $10 a board that adds up to a lot of wasted money. You really need to plan out your flooring ahead of time to overcome these problems. With experience you can work at cutting back on this waste, however like my I am sure a lot of Home Depot people are DIY'ers which makes the learning curve costly for this flooring.

I have waited over a year to write this review because I wanted to be SURE about it.
We had Pergo XP Vintage Pewter Oak installed on our main level just over a year ago. We loved it as soon as it went in and we are still BEYOND thrilled with it today. In over a year, we have never had any issues with scratching, color fading or anything else. It looks as amazing today as the day it was installed. (This is with kids and pets on it daily too.)
Shown is a photo of our dining room/study and you can tell the flooring looks fantastic. Everyone that comes in loves it. Sometimes people can't even believe it's not true hardwood.
Highly recommend this product if you're thinking about laminate flooring. We couldn't be happier with the choice!

Of all the different types of flooring we have put in over the years (ceramic tile, vinyl sheeting, nail-down solid hardwood, Pergo XP) this stuff is by far the easiest flooring I've ever installed, along with the most beautiful. The 7-1/2" width sure makes it go down relatively fast, although took us about three days to put in ~850 sq/ft.
The surface material is a bit different, meaning that it's not really wood, just a very hard plastic-like layer that looks and feels like wood. Sure did wear down the blade on my chop saw with all the cuts.
Installation has a learning curve to understand how each piece locks together correctly (plenty of YouTube videos on that) but once you get down the procedure it goes fast and seals extremely tight together. Be sire to follow the instructions included very closely; spacing on the edges, using 100% silicone, the foam backer rod are so important for a waterproof floor. We've already spilled water and drinks with NO problems mopping it up.
Didn't give it five stars only because it can chip and scratch if subjected to a heavy impact or sliding furniture. Otherwise would highly recommend to anyone looking for a simply gorgeous floor and great value for the money. Thanks Pergo & Home Depot for bringing this product to market!
