Well built and very handy. Great for picture frames and small delicate work. Very solid and useful. This is now my 6th gun. Wish we could get a "one gun shoots all". Geez...hope they dont come for my guns!

I went back to the Home Depot and asked for assistance; however, associate was unable to help and I was told to contact Dewalt Customer Service. This is my first Dewalt purchase that did not live up to my expectations. Unfortunately I had to return this product.

I called the DeWalt 1-800 number in the instruction manual and a recording told me to go to the website then hung up on me.

Loading instructions were not clear, but once I figured it out, loading is actually easy. Overall, I'm happy with this one, another great DeWalt product!

I love this tool, only think everyone who using this tool have to make sure to adjust the air pre...I love this tool, only think everyone who using this tool have to make sure to adjust the air pressure, otherwise it will go right thru the before you know it and that depends on what are using for of course.
