Good- but dimensions stated incorrectly
We put two layers under a carpet tiles and it greatly improved the thudding from our two year old's running. Much more so than the cheaper simplesolutions foam which we also tried, much more so than carpet tiles alone.
But: stated dimensions are ALL WRONG- it is about 1/8" thick not 5/8", about 2 1/2 ft wide, about 30ft long.

This stuff works
We lived with just subfloors upstairs for over a month while we waiting to install the Pergo. It was loud downstairs. We bought this underlayment and it really cut down on the noise.

INVEST THE MONEY FOR THIS UNDERLAYMENT!
This is an outstanding product and worth every penny. It may cost more but you can absolutely feel the difference in the floor. It's not only full of cushion but it's warmer and I don't fear moisture from the cement slab anymore. It's a really wonderful way to protect the investment you make in any floor you install.
