We have so many people coming over to our house and the floor is holding up well. No scratches, dings or anything noticeable. We have it installed for about six months and there no buckling or gaps due to expansion (California climate). It was easy to install as well. The natural bamboo color is what we got and it is 3000 Janka rating. The darker the color, the lower the Janka rating which makes it easier to scratch. If you are researching the flooring, make sure you look at the Janka rating of each color, even if it is the same item/brand/manufacturer. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars because the plank on some areas are not tightly seal together compared to other areas/planks. Not a major issue, but it would be nice if the seams were not as noticeable. We are ordering more to expand to our kitchen. Will update if anything changes with it being more exposed to water.

Beautiful Finish, Impossible to Keep Clean, Too Thin
I've had this floor installed in my house for about a month, and here's a breakdown of the pros and cons:
Pros: Fantastic price, beautiful color, looks really high end, very hard finish (no scratches or marks), installed pretty easily, and there's matching trim available.
Cons: Another reviewer posted photos of boards separating - I thought they probably weren't installed correctly, but I am also having the same issue in a corner of my room. Overall, these floors sound really "clicky-clacky" when you walk on them because they are so thin. I can also understand how the boards could separate because the joints aren't strong. Also, I knew that purchasing dark floors meant cleaning more, but WOW did I underestimate that! These floors of course show every spec of dirt and dust, but its also really hard to keep them streak-free and free of footprints & shoeprints.
Overall: Great looking floor, but be prepared for continuous cleaning, especially in high-traffic areas. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying the same floor in the 9/16" thickness....if you're willing to spend a little more.

Looks good out of box...1 yr later another story
Have the same feeling about this as others. Seemed like a great buy with the dark, mahogany type of appearance and supposed ease of installation. The 'floating' install is a farce...there is way too much movement in the floor to not fasten this down with glue (but the directions say not to). Your floor must be completely level or else it starts to buckle and open up. It does scratch, but this is true of any dark floor. I'm guessing a heavier polyurethane coat on some floors would help prevent this. We are now going the route of pulling up and gluing down. Lesson learned...you get what you pay for. Next time we won't skimp on flooring and installation. Did not hold up well to a puddle/standing liquid for a few hours. This spot developed a crack and is now a fully split board 1 yr later. See pics - they show the standing liquid damage, the regular 3/16" gaps, and a 3/8" pull away at the baseboard shown by the sealant line). Lock profile definitely doesn't hold which is spelling disaster for us. Maybe better luck with product w/ conventional install?

We were sent two different colors of wood!
First of all let me say that this product is very beautiful, the problem is that they sent us two very obviously different colors of the same wood. We ordered 36 boxes I believe and our contracter installed about 497 sq feet of the 6 hundrend and something square feet and then low and behold the rest of the boxes are a darker wood. We looked on the back of the wood and they are from two different lot numbers. Not only is the darker one the one I wanted going off of the sample but we are on a deadline for the bank. Now we have had to get an extension and our contracter says that he is going to charge us to take out the lighter wood and install the darker one! We are still waiting to hear how the manufacter is going to handle this but we should not have to pay for a mistake that was not even ours. So the one star is for the trouble that this has caused and depending on how the manufacter handles this situation I will write back and change it. Will keep you guys posted.

Great looking at a great price
We had our floor installed by home depot (did a separate review for that service, which was very positive). This flooring is very attractive. I've had much more expensive engineered flooring installed in a previous home, and to be honest, this bamboo doesn't truly compete with that, but at 1/3 of the cost, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to others.
We've had the floors installed for a couple of months now, and I would like to note that it is not at all impervious to scratches... we have a few bright colored lines where the floor has been scratched (and not during "incidents" that we would have known about--we just discovered the scratches out of nowhere). The scratches are very thin and shallow--that is, I can't feel them with my finger, but somehow the "harvest" dye was still damaged enough to reveal a lighter color. (btw- I suspect that the scratches would be less noticeable on a lighter "natural" color option)
I'm going to try using a marker to disguise the scratches--I think that's going to work ok, but I haven't done it yet. I'm not that bothered by the scratches, but just because it's strand-woven, don't expect it to be scratch proof.

We absolutely love this product. Initially had it installed in the living room and kitchen. After 3 years, we've decided to continue the flooring to all the bedrooms. All first time visitors complement the floor. We matched it with white leather sofa, and dining. It scratches slightly easily if you're careless. Sharp and heavy items will case some dents. We don't have pets or kids, so it works for us.

Beautiful Flooring with Easy Install for Great Price
This flooring is beautiful and was very easy to install. I installed about 500 square feet of it (with some help on the difficult cuts) in 1 day after never doing it before in my life. It has a pretty consistent look (not alot of variation) which is what we wanted so it wouldn't distract from the rest of the homes wood and decor. The shipment came quickly and I haven't had to toss any boards because of damage. I haven't finished laying it in the rest of the house, and have not had it in long enough to comment on the scratching. I would recommend pads for all your furniture legs, and as with any darker flooring it will show dirt and dust easily so be prepared to clean/dust on a regular basis. The color has a bit more of a reddish tone and sometimes even a purple undertone to it as opposed to the photos online. You can see this in the photos in contrast to the walnut cabinetry.

This is an excellent product.
We are so pleased with our bamboo floor. The Harvest color matches our existing oak trim perfectly! It looks fantastic and is very tough stuff. We have had it down about 1 month and have not found a single scratch. We have a small very energetic dog and we were concerned about scratches. So far so good. It is easy to install and I did not find one bad board out of 52 boxes. I would recommend you purchase all of your trim needs from the same company. Very nice trim. However, I would recommend pre-driling or gluing the trim. I tried to use a trim nail gun and the nails bent over and sparks flew! You can not dent the trim with a hammer! Very impressive.
