Good product but be careful!
This is a "re-do" using the same flooring. I love the product BUT the prior installer totally missed a carton that had "checking" - this is where the wood grain raises and can be felt with your finger. Bruce does NOT provide any warranty for this problem. It's YOUR problem. The other installer's solution was to "screen" the floor and recoat it. It did NOT look even close to the other floors. So after several months of being unhappy with the outcome, I totally replaced it. I learned - the hard way - that the original floor was glued down which is why they never proposed replacing the bad section. This installation was done as a floating floor. Once the original installation was finally removed, it took one day to re-do the floor. Be very careful with Bruce products. They warranty only the "wear" and I've never seen a wood floor "wear out!" And they refuse to warranty the quality of their products once you install it!
