Worked as expected. Simple and effective.
We needed a simple baseboard for the utility areas of our basement. The walls are drywall and the floor is concrete. This worked exactly as expected and performs well for the price.
This is not as heavy as the commercial products I've used, but for a house it's plenty good. It's more flexible than many commercial versions which makes going around outside corners easier. It also comes as one piece (rolled), so you don't have a seam every few feet.
We used Roberts 7200 adhesive to install and it bonded very well.

Great productMy application was used in a small commercial room with a few outside corners. The adhesive is the most important part and I needed to do some homework because my walls were painted with 1-part water-based epoxy. Not much sticks to it. The tech from paint company suggested using a scotch brite pad to scuff up the paint to help the adhesive grab. First few piece didn't stay on but after scuffing up the paint and using the Roberts 7200 cove moulding adhesive it was able to get a good hold and stay up on the wall. practice trimming and cutting corners to get the nice edges. Layout for at least 24 hours to acclimate to the room and extra set of hands is helpful to uncoil big lengths.
