We already had some hardwood flooring in about two thirds of our house. It was impossible to match, so we were trying to find something that would complement what we already had.
Our installer's biggest problem was removing all of the fasteners that held the wall-to-wall carpet down. Overall quality of the material was very good.

The floor installed just is beautiful.Customer service and shipping EXCELLENT. The only con we see with this flooring is there seem to be more imperfections than others we have installed, they don't take away from the look of the floor, just wonder why there seem to be more, we love the look of wood, so it is fine with us, definetly a "natural" look. We purchased flooring with the EXPRESSO stain, some of the flaws/knots/irregularities in the wood not covered well as some other companies flooring we have used. Having said that, we are very pleased with this flooring, have ordered another 29 boxes, it just is beautiful, WOOD IS NOT PERFECT, the natural characteristics are what make the natural floors what they are. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Excellent for the price!!A bit more brown than reddish than the picture but looks really nice. Too bad this isn't sold in the store bc most of the stuff sold in the store doesnt have good reviews. Only bad part is its really hard to find a matching reducer or quarter round. I wound up having to stain my own pieces which wasn't much of a hassle. Went down easily. Hardly any bad pieces in the box
