Roberts 7250 4-gal. Cork Underlayment Adhesive is designed to adhere unfinished cork underlayment to plywood of underlayment quality and concrete above, on or below grade. Cork Adhesive is solvent free, non-flammable and generates low VOC. This latex-based cork adhesive provides a strong initial grab and good tack to make installation easier.

I bought it to adhere cork underlayment to concrete (yeah, exactly the product description), however, it does not appear to stick to either cork OR concrete.
It has the consistency of mayonnaise, and regardless of how long you let it set up to get "tacky", the fact that cork is porous basically means that when you roll it (e.g. carpet roller) to flatten the cork, the adhesive bleeds through. Multiple passes (or god forbid, walking on the adhesive that has bled through), only seems to pull the cork back up off the concrete. (It appears to stick very well to cotton clothing, so if need to bond cotton this is probably the product for you)
Again, this product makes a very simple concept difficult. Poorly designed product.

It WorksThe product works as stated. There is a strong odor so you may want a small fan on when you use this. If you get it on things that you didn't intend to you better get it off right away or it is VERY hard to clean off.

Cork Underlayment AdhesiveThis was my first experience with this product so there is nothing to compare it to. It arrived on time with the cork tile underlayment. I hired someone to do the work. It appeared to be easy to work with and troweled smoothly. There were no harsh fumes and it cleaned up off the tools easily. More than likely, it will adhere well over time. He chipped out one tile and the cork remained smoothly adhered. My only complaint was that the amount of coverage listed on HD's site was incorrectly listed. This required us to halt the job and re-order. There was a smaller extent of coverage listed on the container and we ended up over ordering the second time. So I took one star off for the aggravation of the wait and the need to return the excess.

not stick at all. return 3 left buckets and throw away used bucket.
this is not work.
don't buy it. junk. we tear off all the cork we install with this glue.
very bad glue.
