Product works great for holding a rug on carpetI have an area rug that constantly moves over the carpet. The tape holds it in place and it does not move at all. Great product.

I have been so busy with medical problems that I...I have been so busy with medical problems that I have not used any tape. I am sure it will be fine. I am planning to use it on the end of car mats in my garage .These are 17 feet long and cover the floor.The ends near the door have been blowing the mats up and that is what I want to tape down.

Used this tape by placing two rows of tape lengthwise to secure soft beige carpet treads to front...Used this tape by placing two rows of tape lengthwise to secure soft beige carpet treads to front edges of wooden stairsteps, making stairs safer for elderly pets and quieter for noisy teenagers.

Great Double Sided TapeI know it was designed for use with carpet, but it was recommended to me for installing garage door insulation, as the kit I purchased didn't contain quite enough insulated double sided tape. I was initially skeptical, but the price on this was low enough to try it. I was shocked at how sticky this stuff was, and how well it has held up to pretty drastic temperature differential.
The application takes a bit of getting used to. I wouldn't use a good pair of scissors, unless you want to wash the residual glue off afterwards, but if you leave the backing on the tape until you have it in position, and you don't press down on the tape until it is perfect, you'll be in good shape.

Holds rugs and other things in place..Seems to work well. The rugs haven't moved. And I even used it to hang a tin sign on the side of my dresser, and that's still there 2 days later. Even when you try and move it, it rocks the whole dresser and the sign doesn't budge.
