Excellent carpet cushion for large area rugs
This is a very sturdy carpet cushion. I think it is best used for large area rugs, not wall to wall because it is expensive. Normal carpet cushion falls apart when it is moved, so this sturdy cushion is good for area rugs that you move from time to time. It is very easy to cut, unlike standard cushion which tears easily. The only negative is that it does not grip the floor and tends to slide. But if the rug is heavy enough, or you have furniture on top of it, that is not a concern. But for small rugs with nothing holding it down, it does not work.

I choosed this padding for being environmentally friendly but mainly...I choosed this padding for being environmentally friendly but mainly because I have radiant heat floors. So the low R-value is very very important for energy conservation.
