This is a very attractive color, light greys. It goes nicely with the brown color scheme or a grey color scheme. I am going to buy more for my kitchen and breakfast area. I will send a picture when the kitchen is done....

Shipping resulted in multiple broken tilesI ordered two cartons of this tile for a Guest Bath. When they arrived more than half of the tiles were broken in some way. Some were useable but many had opposite corners broken off which made them un-useable. Home Depot Customer refunded my money for one carton and shipped another one with no shipping charge. The second order arrived and this time there were small nicks in multiple corners. In the end, there were enough full and useable tiles to complete the installation and I am pleased with the final results.
Packing and shipping for this product needs to be reviewed to avoid the issues that I experienced. If these tiles were available in the store some of the shipping issues might be eliminated.
One star for Customer Service and one star for the final outcome.

The tile is good quality and out of 41 boxes, only 4 tile was broken. The problem we had was the...The tile is good quality and out of 41 boxes, only 4 tile was broken. The problem we had was the service we received at the Bristol VA Home Depot. We ordered 41 boxes of this tile and we did a special order and was told by doing so the lot numbers would all be the same. We waited two weeks for the tile to be delivered to the store and when we picked it up was again told the lot number were the same. The tile boxes were shrink wrapped on pallets and loaded in our truck. When we got half way though the job, we noticed a difference in the tile size of 1/8" which makes a difference in the tile size. This is a 700 sq ft room and is open. You can see the difference in the grout line size. Half the room is 3/16" and the rest is over 1/4". We called customer service and they did a conference call with a manager at the Bristol VA location (Karen) she was not very helpful and only gave $174 back off a $900 order. We have worked so hard on this room and very disappointed and unhappy with how the room turned out due to this store not making sure the order was all the same lot and then not making their customer happy when it was Home Depot's mistake.

This is a beautiful tile. It is a little more...This is a beautiful tile. It is a little more grey than I expected, but really looks great with black appliances. It would also look great with stainless appliances. The tiles came in much quicker than expected since the order showed about 2 weeks to get it into the store. The only issue we ran into is some of the tiles had small chips or cracks so the contractor couldn't use some unless they were going under cabinets or used them as cut pieces instead of whole tiles.
