Particle Board wrapped in vinyl
This product is not vinyl. It is particleboard wrapped in vinyl. The flooring will be installed in the basement and is waterproof but the quarter round on top of the flooring in the same basement is not waterproof because it’s made of particle board! This product is a bad idea wrapped with vinyl.
