Easy to Install, great product.
Product exceeded expectations, was easy to install. I watched a video where you need to make sure between the tile sheets that you have the correct amount of spacing so you don't see a thicker seam. That was easily accomplished with 1/8" spacers. Towards the end of the room, (my fault), the tile did skew a little but it was easily corrected by peeling off the individual tiles and setting the last few in by hand, like a puzzle piece.
I was back and forth on the matte vs the glossy tile as my house was built in 1875 and wanted to be historically correct but....the glossy will do better in the laundry area.
Enclosed pics of floor, gray grout was drying as that's why there is a bit color variation. I assure you, there are no seams and am very happy with it.
As for the edging, the tiles are easily cut on a wet saw. Baseboard will fill in the rest of gap.

We used the Matte White tile with grey grout in our recent renovation of a small, dark power room...We used the Matte White tile with grey grout in our recent renovation of a small, dark power room to include a shower. We used the tile as flooring in both the shower and powder room with great results. Love the overall bright look and perfect size for a small space! We had the tile professionally installed and wouldn't recommend DIY with this tile since the grouting process is a bit difficult.

Contractor installed a bit crooked, but the tile looks great....Contractor installed a bit crooked, but the tile looks great. The 2-inch works well for a kitchen back-splash. Color of the tile from different boxes matched perfectly. We installed as pictured, with the flat edges on the left and right, but it could be turned 90 degrees and would still look good

Nice tile but serious variation between manufacture dates color. First...Nice tile but serious variation between manufacture dates color. First order to tile shower base, I liked it so much I ordered more to tile the rest of the bathroom floor. Looked great until we put down the white grout. Showed that 1st order was light grey, 2nd was white. Had to rip up and redo.

The tile makes a very nice looking floor. ...The tile makes a very nice looking floor. However one of the 4 boxes I received contained 4 sheets with multiple damaged (chipped, crushed, broken) tiles/sheet. Had to return the entire box & reorder another one.
