This product is absolutely gorgeous. I had a very specific idea in my mind for my bathroom and this tile was the foundation for that creation. It came out exactly as I had envisioned it would, stunning! The floor lays very nicely whether you are installing by the 10 1/4" x11 3/4" sheets or one by one with individual hexagons--we did both--very easy to work with and it's very impressive when laid out. I cut out individual hexagons to make my own custom design in the floor because pre made designs of this type were a bit busy for my small bathroom; I figured making my own design would allow me to calibrate the black to white ratio to my personal liking. I could not be happier with the result. My bathroom is striking to all who see it; I have gotten countless compliments from the moment it was done. It cleans up easily, looks amazing, is very nicely priced... such a small price for such a big result! I highly recommend this product without hesitation.

Don't mix different colors!I am doing a bathroom un-remodel on a 1924 craftsman home. The last owner did an aweful remodel with a number of mistakes. I am taking the house back to period quality. I did a custom design on my bathroom floor, during the un-remodel. I ordered the matte while and matte green. They are the same design, made by the same company. However, there's about 1/8-1/4" difference in each square. I don't know if they were manufactured on 2 different machines, 2 different days, or even 2 different factories. So, the tiles don't long up from one end to the other. I had to hand lay about 500 individual hex tiles. I almost abandoned the project before I started. At least, abandoned the idea of a design. But, I got the design settled in my head and decided to go ahead with it. It was a real pain. In the end I would not do it again. I would do the hex tile, just not the 2 different colors.

Great tile, but don't get the mesh wetThis is a great pattern and looks great with grey grout. However, do not try to cut the tiles on the wet saw while attached to the mesh. The glue will dissolve and all the pieces fall off. Instead pull off the pieces you need to cut and lay them separately.

Good product, hard to work withI am pleased I went with this product, but I found it difficult to work with. No two sheets of tiles are exactly the same so it can be hard to get it to fit just as you would like. I purchased quite a bit of tile and only found about 10-15 individual tiles that were damaged. I was able to pop those individual pieces off of the sheet and just install a single tile from another sheet.
Some recommendations for working with this tile.
1. Start with a perfectly level floor or a floor with variation over a large area, something that might exist in an older home (such as mine) where you find that one end of your bathroom is an inch higher than the other end of your bathroom.
2. Dry fit the tile before installation.
3. Nip a bunch of tiles into smaller pieces that you can easily grab during installation to do edges.
4. Take your time. Even with dry fitting, it will take a long time to install.
5. I did not use spacers, as I think it made it harder to get the tiles to fit just right, however I did rely on chalk lines that I put on my floor prior to the dry fit.
