Very happy with the final product
This flooring is a great buy for the price. The quality is good and easy to install. I installed about 800 sq ft on my whole first story to create a uniform, flowing floor. Packaging was good and resulted in very few damaged boards. Most locked together without a problem and the stubborn ones went in place after a few hits with a dead-blow hammer. I would highly suggest to do all your cutting outside as the composite sandwich creates a ton of dust when sawing. Also, invest in a good underlayment.
Tooling used/required for a project of this scope:
Miter chop saw for cutting to length
Radial arm or table saw for ripping
Jigsaw to cut out for registers and other obstructions
Oscillating tool to cut under door jams
Flat pry bars to remove base board
Dead-blow hammer to tap boards together for a tight fit
Pull bar to tapping boards when you get close to the wall
Expansion gap spacers
Measuring tape, combination and framing squares
Light duty staple gun to hold the underlayment in place
Dust mask and knee pads (highly recommend)

Looks good. Nice golden warm natural rustic wood grain appearance. I considered using laminate, but it still looks like plastic.
Easy to install. The only significant work is trimming it around objects like door trim or, in my case, stone fireplace. Mid room runs are extremely fast and easy.
Quiet (i used 3mm foam underlay).
Cons:
It does not lay directly on ground if floor is slightly uneven. Concrete floor had break lines where surface was slightly raised to sides of break lines. Walking on floor, I could feel it press down a fraction of an inch as I crossed that area. Not sure if planks will eventually change shape to conform to floor. Furniture or rugs weight will probably help.
Unknown:
Long term wear and durability. Only time will tell since I just installed it. Dropping cutlery and other objects on left over scrap pieces does dent them a bit. I soaked scraps underwater for 48 hours and wet parts HDF expanded, but returned to original size when dry.

Home Legend Eng Click HardwoodGot 1000 ft2 of the engineering click and lock that was 3/8". Color is great: distressed kinsley hickory.
This was for a basement installation. Put down a vapor barrier and then 1/4" cork; got the cork online from HD for a great price. Used cork for thermal gap between wood and concrete. had a lot of people tell me that this was not necessary and waste of money, but would do the same thing again. Floor went down easy. Just need to open 4-5 boxes to mix colors and find the random length boards. We love the floor and get a lot of nice comments.
Also, had a few accidents where I damaged the floor in small places; either a brown sharpy or a small dab of stain (like english chestnut) fixes the damaged areas to the point you cannot find it again. That is one great feature of the distressed wood. Did not have any large areas of damage, so cannot speak to that.
Did find a few damaged boards from the boxes. Think I had a total of 640 boards and maybe 4-5 were damaged. I just saved these to the side and cut the damaged off to use the good part at the walls. Wasted part was minimum.
Overall, love the product and would buy it again.

The underlayment is harder to put down than the flooring - it curls, it doesn't line up easily, it tears easily. The flooring goes down nicely - locks well. Very few damaged pieces. Most can be cut to remove the damage and used as the first or last piece in a row. Because it is thin (3/8") and floating, I notice creaking here and there but I don't care about it. I grew up in a house with oak flooring that creaked more. I scratched several pieces accidentally after installation. I used Minwax oil based walnut stain on the scratch and followed up by wiping on some polyurethane spar varnish which dries yellowish. Can't see where the scratches were except one where the scratch was deep into the wood underneath and there is a thin dark line of stain. Not bad, though. Where the flooring meets tile I put down a T strip using Loctite PL375 Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive. It worked better for me than Liquid Nails Floor Adhesive which seemed rubbery when it dries.

Beautiful wood!!We bought about 450 sqft of the Distressed Kinsley Hickory Engineered Hardwood. We put it in our living room, in our hall, and our master bedroom.
I am a pretty handy female and I laid it all myself. The product went down relatively quickly and easily. I started to lay a vapor barrier since I was laying over a concrete slab but decided to remove it and after I laid the first half of the living room because I could hear it when I walked. We have no moisture issues at all with our concrete and the front porch covers the whole front of the house so I wasn't concerned.
The overall finish is beautiful!! It looks much more expensive than it is. The smoothness of the finish feels great under the feet. Everyone compliments us on it! Some people who have seen it have even decided to get it for their homes also.
The only things I could possibly complain about is that it does seem to scuff or scratch a little easier than I'd like but overall the finish is hard and handles traffic very well.
Absolutely recommend this product! It was a great fit for our budget and we're very happy with the result.

Love it!We had this flooring installed in our main living room and all of the bedrooms in our house, which was around 1200 square feet in all. It looks beautiful and has a high-end look about it despite it not being that expensive. Before we bought it, I read the reviews and saw that some people said it scuffed easily. My husband and I took the sample and beat it with a hammer (very scientific, I know) to see how soft it really was, and it held up just as well as the laminates we were looking at. The distressed look is perfect for hiding the scratches as well, although so far we haven't had any issues with scratches, even with my 80 lb dog running around on it. I'm really happy with the flooring and glad we chose a hardwood over a laminate.

I did have multiple pieces that were not perfect but I set those aside and boxed them back up and returned them. The floor went down easily over a plastic barrier with closed cell foam to give it a cushy feel. I purchased my foam from uline.com in a huge roll for way less than you can get anywhere. After 2 years I have had little issue. I do have to put a little dab of old english if a chip occurs but that hides the issue perfectly. I also had to make sure my rolling office chair was on a plastic floor pad because the wheels seemed to be slowly removing the shine from the floor. It looks great, wears great and I can even dry mop the floor when necessary. It does creak a very little at times of weather change the first time you step on it in the morning but the sound vanishes after walking across the den once. It's great for the price and am looking to install this same product in the back bedrooms next month to finish the whole house project. I was also able to run the entire house, foyer, den, dining, kitchen, living, etc without a single seam or break which makes this look like a total professional job. I recommend this.. (at least after I get me new order placed so they don't run out...) I give it a 4 out of 5 because it's not solid wood, it's a MDF backer with Hickory top layer. So, it's not a top shelf wood floor, but it doesn't have a top shelf price either.
