Mohawk Oak Winchester Click Hardwood Flooring exemplifies traditional American hardwood flooring without the mess of traditional installation. It's as simple as align, click and press - no glue, no nails, no mess. Its premium protective layer provides resistance to germs, stains and spills from adhering to your floor. Even paint, nail polish and permanent marker can be erased with a soft cloth, so your floors will look newer, longer. There's also no added urea formaldehyde - the patented pure bond technology means lower formaldehyde emissions that may contribute to better indoor air quality. In turn, your floor will have the FloorScore and AHMI seals of approval. Oak Winchester is a traditional oak color that complements any decor from traditional to mid-century, showcasing a rich stain that enhances the strong graining lines for a classic hardwood appearance.

Good flooring...if you can't use real hardwood
We had to use this in our coastal home because we have a crawl space and real hardwood it's recommended for crawl spaces. It looks great! The color is a pretty medium brown. Not too light and not too dark so our rooms seem to look bigger, and goes well with many different color woods. We were surprised at how thin the planks were, and that the underside was so dry and wasn't sealed, but I guess this is just how it is. We were use to real 3/4" hardwood, and this is only 3/8". Time will tell if it wears well or not...we just installed it. It took my husband a little more than a day to do each room. That included removing the carpet and floor prep (removing all the carpet & padding, staples, nails, vacuming & laying the underlayment). He is handy, but had never laid a wood floor before. The cost was about half the cost of real hardwood. There were very few damaged planks in the 28 boxes we installed, so there is very little waste. The 3 1/4" plank was perfect for our home because the rooms aren't too big, or we would have used the wider plank with larger rooms. Hope this information is useful.

I honestly believe I received a return package from a previous buyer that may have bought in bulk and returned all the warped ones. That's just my intuition speaking. Not a bad bunch, but just bad bunches in a box

I has a couple of boxes that were 90% 18'-24'. Then some boxes were almost all 48". thankfully I had ordered almost 30 boxes so I was able to work everything in, but if I only ordered 2-3 boxes and I had gotten the boxes full of short pieces I would have been very upset.

BeautifulThis flooring was so easy to install and the finished product looks beautiful! The look and feel reminds me of the floors in old estate homes back east. Planning to do the rest of the house now because it looks so good in one room!

Very little installation waste (i.e. cut off ends, etc.). The only shortcoming, if installing over cement slab, is that you need to really make sure the underfloor is level before you install. Use leveling agent, and follow the instructions closely. This is not an issue if you're installing over plywood, such as on a second floor.
