I am VERY UNHAPPY. I did not want my floor...
I am VERY UNHAPPY. I did not want my floor to have red in it. I wanted only a BROWN hue. The sample I saw in the store did not look like it had any red undertones. The floor was installed today and it has a lot of red in it. Now I am stuck with a floor I did not want.

The flooring was easy to assemble. Several of the long boards in each of the 7 boxes I used were ...The flooring was easy to assemble. Several of the long boards in each of the 7 boxes I used were bowed though, which presented problems in connecting rows. I ended up cutting some of them and using them as a starter in a row.

Extremely thin, you will not be able to sand and...Extremely thin, you will not be able to sand and refinish in the future. The specifications say low gloss, I will say no gloss. I returned all 21 boxes.

My project is an expensive failure because of this and Home Depot offered a scant 5% credit for my trouble. Not a happy camper. Will not use Home Depot again.

Returned the flooring for refund. It is advertised as high-gloss...Returned the flooring for refund. It is advertised as high-gloss but is no way near a glossy finish. The sales associate was very helpful and sorry it wasn't as advertised. We are trying to match high- gloss flooring purchased in 2007 -can't seem to find anything close.
