We have combined our lightweight 2-in-1 solid hardwood tongue and groove flooring nailer with our oscillating multi tool for the ultimate flooring installation kit to help you tackle your next flooring project. The Freeman P50LSLW lightweight 2-in-1 flooring nailer is ideal for your 1/2 in., 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. solid hardwood flooring projects. This nailer will drive 16-Gauge L cleats or 15.5-Gauge flooring staples from 1-1/2 in. to 2 in. in length. The no-mar base makes it safe for both pre-finished and unfinished flooring. The semi-quick release nose is the first of its kind on a flooring nailer. This allows you to simply loosen a couple hex screws on the base to quickly and easily clear a nail jam. Our lightweight composite handle reduces workload stress and fatigue on your body. The P50LSLW is backed by a 7-year manufacturer's warranty. The oscillating multi-function tool will help trim molding and cabinets, cut door jambs, scrape away remnants from old flooring and sand in those hard-to-reach areas. Perhaps it's only the one that I got that perform badly, it was the worst tool I ever used. I've purchased "L" cleats of different gauges and staples from Home Depot and none of them work. I purchased some staples online of Freeman brand and finally it worked but only intermittently. Continuously it would not shoot out the staples and randomly one would come out. By then the tongue on the flooring plank is already too messed up.i don't like it and will probably never use it again.

PNEUMATIC HARDWOOD FLOORING NAILER AND MULTI CUTTER COMBO KITNice hardwood flooring nailer and multi cutting tool. The Nailer works as advertised and has a nice feel to it. It does use a decent amount of compressed air vs some of my pneumatic nailers but its no issue for a decent 2-4 gallon compressor. The Multi tool is similar to a common oscillating tool that many companies have out. I was not to impressed since I do own a higher end one of a different brand. It does work but its very noisy and a lot of vibration does get transferred to the user. I do like that it does use the universal cutters so they are easy to source and replace. overall this is a great intermediate kit.

Powerful yet Lightweight. 7 year warranty! Shoots Staples and T, L Cleats, Comes with Oscillating Tool and Hammer!I own other Freeman nailers and even a compressor from them and have always been pleased. They are the exact blend of quality with a great price.
This 2n1 flooring nailer combo kit is right up there with the rest of their tools and is great for 1/2 in., 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. solid hardwood flooring.
Out of the box the tools are ready to go. Just attach your cutting head to the oscillating tool and load your preferred fasteners into the nailer. They even include the rubber tipped hammer to actuate it.
To make things even easier they give you 2 base/shoe plates for 1/2 in. to 3/4 in. flooring
This nailer will drive 16-Gauge T and L cleats or 15.5-Gauge flooring staples from 1-1/2 in. to 2 in. in length.
Operation is simple. Load the nailer and strike the actuation head to trigger your fasteners. It sinks them perfect each time. Adjust your air pressure to get the perfect sink you need depending on the nails or flooring you are using.
I was able to do a nice entry way strip of wood flooring nice and fast with this nailer. It made the job so much easier than the old method. I love this nailer.
I didn't have to use the oscillating tool much, but it has a variable speed dial and feels good in the hand. I've used it to scrape the floor clean and open up the corner molding near the door a tiny bit and it worked fine.
Given that this nailer has a 7 year warranty, I know it will last me a long time, just like my other Freeman tools have. My friend already wants to borrow it for his kitchen floor.

I bought this nailer because it specifically said it accepted either T or L cleats. I purchased T...I bought this nailer because it specifically said it accepted either T or L cleats. I purchased T cleats and my carpenter says they do not fit. This has held up my project and of course the Freeman L cleats are not available in my local store and will not be shipped to me for 2 weeks!! Ugh! Now I have to use a different brand, whatever I can find that is in stock at my local store. Very disappointing!! :( Home Depot please change the description so nobody else has to go through this mess.
